Adapt by season
This itinerary ends on the Andaman coast (Krabi, Koh Phi Phi, Phuket), ideal from November to April: flat sea and clear skies. If you travel between May and October, switch the end to the Gulf (Koh Samui, Koh Phangan), drier in that window, via a flight from Bangkok. The North (Chiang Mai, Pai) stays pleasant most of the year, best avoided in March-April due to agricultural burning.
