Topics we handle
Editorial requests are our core. We gladly respond to:
- An error or imprecision in a published article : we correct it publicly.
- A field experience that contradicts our information : your data is valuable (with dates and sources if possible).
- A suggestion for a destination or topic not yet covered : we keep a priority request list.
- A specific practical question you couldn’t find on the Site : your answer may seed a new page.
Topics we do not handle
Due to time and scope constraints, we cannot:
- Plan a tailor-made trip for an individual reader (we are not a travel agency).
- Privately compare two products for an individual case : our public comparators are the answer.
- Reply to anonymous hostile requests or unidentified commercial chains.
- Promote a partner in exchange for a free article : our partnership terms are public (see Affiliate disclosure).
Commercial partnership requests
If you represent a travel brand (insurance, booking platform, gear) and wish to:
- Buy an editorial link : we work via Linkavista, Develink, SemJuice, or directly;
- Discuss inclusion in a comparator : selection follows our public methodology;
- Sponsor an article : subject to transparent labeling and exclusion from editorial rankings.
Write to partenariats@lheureduvoyage.com with a short brief: brand name, request type, intended budget. Reply within 3 business days.

A simplified form will be added during 2026. Until then, email remains the fastest channel.
Social media
To date, the project prioritizes the website and newsletter. An Instagram and LinkedIn presence is being set up; the official accounts will be listed here once live. Beware of unofficial accounts claiming to represent L’Heure du Voyage: they are not.

Response commitment
We commit to reading every message sent to our public addresses. We cannot always reply individually when the topic is already covered on the Site, but the message is read and may feed into our upcoming revisions.
Response times shown above are averages; in tourist high seasons (summer, year-end), they may be longer.
For lawyers and authorities
Any judicial request (requisition, summons, formal notice) must be sent by registered mail to the postal address above, addressed to the Publication Director identified in the Legal notice.
