Adapt by season
This itinerary chains Palawan (west coast) then the Visayas (Cebu, Bohol). From December to May, everything works. From June to October, Palawan takes typhoons first: start with Cebu and Bohol, more sheltered, and keep Palawan for the end while watching the forecast. The Oslob whale sharks and Moalboal sardines are seen year-round.
